An authentic stone country house or bastide of the 18th century, facing south and located in grounds of 1,075 hectare among olive trees with private heated pool and breathtaking views of the countryside towards the sea (the bay of Cannes).
La Bastide des Rêveries measures 450 m² (4850 square feet) and has 6 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and air conditioning. The summer kitchen opens onto an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool with sea views. The living room, dining room, guest toilet and laundry / laundry room are on the ground floor, as well as a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, with an oak spiral staircase leading to the TV room (which can also be used as a playroom). The living room and dining rooms open onto a typical Provencal courtyard offering plenty of space for outdoor receptions and including a petanque court.
The house is ideal for 3-4 families, or up to 6 couples. It offers plenty of space for guests to spread out. There are parking spaces for several cars and also an additional studio that has two bedrooms that can be used at an additional cost. Thus, it can also be used for weddings or private parties and corporate events.
