Villa Cap Benat is a unique architectural masterpiece nestled into the hillside at the pinnacle of the Domaine du Cap Bénat, enjoying breathtaking views stretching wide over the Mediterranean Sea and hidden from the outside world.
The gated and exclusive Cap Bénat estate, where the villa is set, is located on a small rocky peninsula near the village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, on a stretch of the French Riviera dotted with idyllic villages approximately an hour to the east of Marseille. The peninsula is covered in pine forest, giving the air a delicious aromatic mix of conifers and the ocean. There are a number of beaches and a small port within the boundaries of the estate.
The villa has well-maintained terraced gardens, all with views of the sea, that include a large heated infinity pool with accompanying terrace outside the main living area and, a whirlpool, another small pool, a waterfall, a roof garden and a garden bar. Whilst the estate includes; beaches, tennis courts, mooring, jogging trails, sailing and windsurfing.
