In the Côtes-d'Armor, near Dinan, Ti Laouen is located at the gates of the not to be missed sites such as Cap Fréhel, Saint-Cast and the bay of Saint-Brieuc, full of postcard landscapes and history.

Bordered by a vast forest, the house offers a heated swimming pool of 15 metres and a padel court that are great asset to the entertainment.

Made of exposed stone, the house, full of character, having been brilliantly restored to the taste of the day. Distinguished by a decoration halfway between modern and contemporary, the light tones of the exposed stones, the warmth of the parquet floor and the touches of bright or pastel colours make for a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The centrepiece of the house, the living room amazes with its architecture, its brightness, and its high ceiling like a cathedral roof, where the library is proudly displayed. This is followed by the friendly open kitchen, leading to the dining area under the veranda and another more intimate living room, overlooking the green exteriors and the pool area. It has a total of 5 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, 3 of which are distributed on the ground floor and two upstairs, so that Ti Laouen can welcome a total of 10 guests.
