It is located in one of the most elegant and peaceful area of Cap d’Ail and enjoys direct sea access from the lush Mediterranean garden. In fact, from the narrow pathway, between the grounds of the villa and the sea, one can walk to Monaco, which is 15 minutes in one direction, whilst Mala Beach is even closer in the other direction.
