VILLA DU LITTORAL

In a private alleyway, located about a 15-minute walk from the port and centre of Cassis, the environment of the Villa du Littoral is remarkable. Quiet and enjoying a view of the sea, the villa has a modern and elegant style, which will delight the most discerning individuals.

Its location is on a sloping ground, Villa du Littoral is set very close to the seafront, near several small rocky coves, giving privileged access to the nearest sandy beach. The brilliant, terraced layout is characterized by a tropical garden with trees, offering multiple terraces to relax, share a moment of conviviality or simply contemplate the horizon.

Once inside, the common living rooms are arranged on the top floor (accessible by an elevator), offering a breathtaking view of the sea and part of Cap Canaille. The rooms are bright and spacious, adorned with a minimalist decoration, and punctuated by cheerful touches of colour.

The villa offers a total of 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 8 guests. Two double bedrooms are on the ground floor, sharing a shower room. A double bedroom is on the first floor (+ 1 additional single bedroom to be considered as an extra bedroom), and the 4th on the top floor.
