VILLA ESSENTIELLE

Located in the heart of the Alpilles, and a few minutes’ drive from the villages of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Maussane-les-Alpilles and Les-Baux-de-Provence, Villa Essentiel is located on the outskirts of the charming Provencal village of St Etienne du Gres.

It is in a green setting that Villa Essentiel gives us these first benefits. Facing a line of majestic cypresses, garden side, the villa has a decidedly modern design but not without charm. The outdoor relaxation areas around the pool are friendly and perfectly exposed to ensure maximum sunshine. The pool house and garden sofas under the burlap shelter will provide you with shade during the hot weather.

Once inside, you discover a large living room with modern and minimalist décor, welcoming the open kitchen, the dining table, and the TV lounge with fireplace. Four bedrooms are located on the right wing of the house, three of which have access to the garden. All have an en-suite bathroom or shower, multiple closets facilitating the storage of personal belongings and W/C. The master bedroom is on the first floor and enjoys a beautiful view of the garden and its surrounding area. It includes a large bathroom/shower.

Separately, an annex can accommodate four guests distributed in two double bedrooms sharing a shower room. The space has its own kitchen, living room and dining room. Ideal for staff or teenagers looking for independence.
